Transfer's rumours.

Tottenham manager Juande Ramos will pay £8m to make Chelsea defender Tal Ben Haim his first signing.

Spurs are also weighing up a £9m bid for former Chelsea midfielder Tiago, who has struggled to make an impact since joining Juventus.

Jermain Defoe has revealed he has been told by Ramos he can leave White Hart Lane if he wants to - but the 25-year-old has vowed to fight to stay at the club.
